Brennen McCurdy is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and defends clients in matters involving premises, products, and general liability. His clients include both insured and self-insured companies in the manufacturing, non-profit, hospitality, medical device, insurance, and construction industries, among others.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. McCurdy served as an Associate with firms in Pennsylvania where he practiced personal injury litigation, construction litigation, and commercial litigation. Brennen earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law. While there, he earned practical insights from internships and externships with President Judge Wallace H. Bateman of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and Associate Justice Lee A. Solomon of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
He also served as a Managing Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and was a member of the International Trial Team, competing in the American Association for Justice (AAJ”) 2023 Student Trial Advocacy Competition winning both of his rounds.
In his free time, Brennen enjoys going to the shore, playing soccer, and finding the best-kept secrets of where to eat and drink in and around Philadelphia.
