

Amalia Romanowicz Serves on Panel Examining Medical Malpractice Mediations and Ethics Concerns for the PADC on April 19
On April 19, 2022, at 12:00 pm ET, Amalia V. Romanowicz served on the virtual panel discussion, "Mediating a Medical Malpractice Case: Some Ethics Considerations.” Presented by the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC), the panel also included moderator Jacqueline M. Reynolds of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, as well as panelists Nancy J. Winkler and Daniel Jeck of Eisenberg Rothweiler; Gary Samms of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel; and Daniel J. The panel explored mediation through the lens of the Professional Code of Conduct. The discussion included:
